 The Wake-Up Call
My journey began during a period of deep personal struggle, negative thoughts, emotional overwhelm, and declining health that left me exhausted—physically, mentally, and spiritually.
There came a moment when I realized that something had to change. I was tired of carrying the weight of stress and unresolved emotions, and it became clear that the way I was living wasn’t sustainable. I knew I had to take control of my life—not just by changing my habits but by transforming the way I related to myself and my emotions.
The Turning Point: Learning Emotional Freedom
The first step on this path was learning to feel my emotions, not fear or avoid them. Through coaching, nervous system regulation and mindfulness practices, I began to untangle the web of emotions that had been buried for years. I learned that emotional freedom isn’t about eliminating difficult feelings but about accepting them without judgment, releasing what no longer serves, and creating space for joy, peace, and love.
The Shift to Healthy Living
I simultaneously began a physical healing journey which led me to explore new ways of nurturing and supporting my physical body.Â
I learned and incorporated holistic health practices which focused on proper nutrition and clean living. The more I aligned with healthy routines, the more I realized how interconnected my mind and body are.
Discovering My Purpose as a Coach
As I experienced the benefits of emotional freedom and healthy living, I felt a strong calling to share what I had learned with others. I wanted to help people break free from the same emotional and physical struggles that had once held me back.Â
I immersed myself in training programs and certifications, studying nutrition, emotional intelligence, coaching techniques, and cranial sacral therapy. But more than the technical knowledge, what prepared me the most were the life experiences I had gone through myself. I knew what it felt like to be stuck, overwhelmed, and lost—and I also knew the power of reclaiming your well-being and emotional sovereignty.
Today, as a life and health coach, I help people take charge of their health, emotions, and mindset. Whether I’m guiding clients toward healthy living habits, helping them reconnect with their emotions, or empowering them to pursue their goals, I draw on the lessons from my personal journey. I remind them that lasting change doesn’t come from rigid rules or quick fixes—it comes from building a deep connection with oneself and cultivating a mindset of growth and self-compassion.
